Manoj, a 42 year old who lives in Mayapuri Chowk, with his family. He comes to work from there every single day without fail.

He serves Aloo tikki with lots of passion as he makes the plate of tikki more or less like a full meal which is awesome. Also, he makes Aloo tikki burger which is amazing. And the Aloo chat that has a tangy taste in it. He is a person full of life who tries to make his customers smile and treats them with respects.
